After drenching, we wait for a little cooling before putting the cutting board in a sealed bag. After 24 hours, it can be taken out and cleaned, and the cleaned cutting board can be used directly.
In addition, we usually ensure that the cutting board is clean and hygienic. After cutting the meat, the cutting board should be cleaned. It is best to wipe it with a towel if there is water, otherwise it will be easy to mold and bacteria.
